Customer Transactions Regulated by the Consumer Credit Act

The Consumer Credit Act sets out how lenders will deal with customers that fall within the Act and requires them to provide a pre contract disclosure giving details of the transaction.

If we arrange a regulated purchase or hire agreement then our remuneration will come from the lender and we will not charge you any additional fees.
