Hire Purchase

Office furniture qualifies for the Annual Investment Allowance 2016 so you might prefer to opt for  Hire Purchase to take advantage of the current tax break.

Office Furniture Suppliers

You are free to choose your own office furniture supplier or ask us and we will recommend someone we’ve worked with before.

Simple agree the specification and let us have a copy of the supplier’s quotation.  We will then work out the monthly payments based upon the supply price.

Miminum Capital Cost

We have a minimum lending limit so the cost of your furniture will need to be over £10,000 plus VAT.  It can be made up of a number of items – desks, chairs, cabinets etc – providing the total cost is above our limit.

Refurbishment Costs

Some refurbishment costs can be included in a lease or hire purchase agreement but if extensive electrical work or networking is needed then the additional cost can be paid for using a  business loan.
